At Levis Construction we install 5” and 6” K-style aluminum seamless gutters. K-style is the most-common style of gutters on residential homes. Each corner is hand-mitered to reduce the number of seams in the gutter. The fewer seams in the gutter, the fewer potential leaks. Always go with a seamless gutter in order to maintain your home’s integrity. In addition we install all of our gutters using heavy duty rated hangers rated for 260 pull pounds and spaced out closely to ensure your gutter system can handle larger amounts of water.

Our Premium Small Hole Gutter Screens are made with a heavy duty .024 gauge expanded aluminum along with a reinforced front lip made from .019 gauge aluminum and are black powder coated. What makes our screens unique is that ours have the smallest hole design on the market to ensure that less debris goes in, preventing clogged gutters. Compared to standard screens ours have a 55% smaller hole design!

Our gutter cleanings include a complimentary roof blow*, cleaning of downspouts, and property clean-up. We ensure proper cleaning of gutters by leaf blowing loose debris from the roof’s peaks and valley’s. Levis Construction is considerate of your properties cleanliness while we perform our work from the roof or ladders. We always clean-up any debris that may have fallen down from the roof during service.
